High voltage diagnostic of power systems and devices

Basing on the first in Poland transportable voltage assembly of 250 kV as well as 110 kV standard transformer we offer following services:

• tests of surge arresters as well as gaples surge arresters. In the case of surge arresters the transportable voltage assembly allows precision determination of the ignition voltage value and the control current value while in the case of gaples surge arresters it allows determination of the reference voltage and current values. The technical potential of our transportable voltage assembly allows to carry out diagnostics of all types of surge arresters used in Poland.
• check of accuracy of 110 kV voltage transformers, in particular measurement of voltage error and phase displacement under different load of transformer and determination on this basis if the transformer is keeping its class of the accuracy,
• tests of high voltage bushings,
• high voltage tests of busbar system, switchgear, substation primary equipment,
• other untypical voltage tests, during which high voltage and great measuring accuracy are required.

Transportable voltage assembly is permanently installed on the platform of the MB Sprinter car, owing to which in case of emergency we are able to reach the tested object or power device within a few hours. The transportable voltage assembly consists of two 125 kV,
5 kVA transformers.

The car is equipped with the floor autonomous power-generating set adapted for feeding through the asymmetrical transformer. There is also the possibility of feeding the transportable voltage assembly directly from 3 phase network. The measurement system provides comprehensive registration of all voltage tests which are then presented in the graphic form.
