Device provides measurement of contact resistance in switches, resistance of electric connections and other tests which request high current intensity.

There are 2 versions of DC current source: WPS-300 and WPS-600, that differ in current range and forcing time. Device consist of pulse power supply, microprocessor-based controller and LCD display. Output current and voltage drop on external circuit are measured every second. These values and calculated resistance value are directly displayed on LCD screen, recorded in device memory, and can be transmitted to PC computer using RS-232 interface.
Output parameters values can be set by device keyboard.
